Residential Living

The St. Louis Job Corps creates and maintains an environment that allows students to learn and practice independent and community living skills. Independent and community living skills are those employability and social skills that allow students to be successful once they leave the program such as dependability, teamwork, and having a positive attitude.

The St. Louis Job Corps offers a wide range of recreation and leisure time activities that are open to all student employees and include cultural events, group and individual sports, arts and crafts, community activities, movies and special events, reading and computer resource facilities and materials, and fitness activities.
